Used for the removal of organic soils, AB Caustic 70 is effective against all types of oils, fats, proteins starches and carbohydrates which can be deposited in the brewing process.<\/p>\n<p>AB Caustic 70 works to remove proteinaceous soil by hydrolysing peptide bonds and breaking down large insoluble proteins into more easily soluble polypeptides. It\u2019s saponification of fats and oils is unsurpassed and will also work to emulsify residues making them easier to remove.
